our shareholders passed a special resolution to change our name to UCB Microfinance Bank Limited — a decision that reflected not just a regulatory transition, but a renewed commitment to doing more for the people we serve. On 26 March 2008, the Central Bank of Nigeria granted us our final licence to operate as a microfinance bank, formally recognising the institution we had spent fifteen years building.TodayA Legacy of Stability & Growth
